PromptPics operates a digital marketplace for AI image prompts. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers ("you").

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using PromptPics, you represent that you meet this requirement.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

All products on PromptPics are digital toolkits containing prompt templates, variables, and related materials. Purchases grant you access via your Library with instant delivery.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

All prompts, templates, guides, and other content on PromptPics are owned by PromptPics and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

• Use the purchased toolkits and customize prompts via variables for your own photo editing projects
• Generate customized prompts and use them in third-party AI tools to create images for personal and commercial purposes

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense any part of the toolkits
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract prompts for other uses
• Use the prompts to train AI models or create competing products
• Claim ownership or copyright over the original prompts

This license is revocable if you violate these Terms.

You agree not to: scrape, copy, or misuse content; engage in illegal activities; or interfere with the platform.

The services and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that prompts will produce specific results or remain compatible with third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptPics's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant toolkit. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.

We may revise these Terms. We will post updates here. Your continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Country of Ghana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ghana.
